We provide air conditioning, heating, pool heating, and automatic pool cover installations across the Costa del Sol and wider Andalucía. Founded in 1986 by Tim Zabell and his father Gerald, ACAIR is the longest-established foreign-owned air conditioning company on the Coast — a family business now run with Tim's son Tommy, who holds the latest Spanish RITE qualification. Tim is City & Guilds certified in HVAC with a specialisation in refrigeration, and our engineers have been with us for over 15 years. We work exclusively with Fujitsu General for air conditioning and Calorex for pool heating, and we welcome expat and international clients across the region.

We install, repair, and service residential and commercial air conditioning and heat pump systems using Fujitsu General equipment. Pool heating installations are carried out using Calorex heat pumps, suitable for both outdoor and indoor pools. We supply and fit automatic pool covers, working with leading European manufacturers, and have particular expertise in indoor pool projects. Our team also installs hot water systems and Aduro wood-burning stoves. All installations are fully finished with quality materials — no mess left behind. We are available seven days a week from 08:00 to 22:00 for enquiries, callouts, and no-obligation quotes.

Tim Zabell holds a City & Guilds qualification in HVAC specialising in refrigeration; Tommy Zabell is fully qualified with the Spanish RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios) diploma.
